FBI Criminal Record Check

To ensure that your result is processed in a timely fashion, complete all of the steps. Failure to provide all required information on the fingerprint cards and/ or request form will delay processing time.

Have FD-258 Fingerprint cards completed

Complete the DO request form

Make a payment by a wire transfer or PayPal

Processing time with FBI check application fee schedule

1. FBI Check w/ Apostille - Eight (8) business days - 500,000 won (50만원)

2. FBI Check w/ Apostille - Fifteen (15) business days - 400,000 won (40만원)

Instructions

1. Fill out in UPPER case

2. Make sure to sign

3. Make sure to get two original fingerprints at CSI Dept. of Police Station (경찰서)

4. Make sure to get a signature of policeman who takes your fingerprints

5. Scanned copy of your passport (Photo and signature page)

6. Complete "추가 신청서" for the expedited processing - not in handwriting

7. Email the scanned copies of one fingerprint, Application Form, and 추가신청서 for a confirmation

8. Send or drop the original fingerprints (two originals) off at our front desk after our confirmation
